The Quincy House DC is a spacious multi-use event space located near U Street in the heart of Washington, DC. The venue is equipped with two separate rental spaces. One is a large open event space upstairs that holds 50-60 guests standing or up to 24 seated. The second space is on the lower level and can hold 50-60 guests as well or can be designed for lounge use. The house has a breathtaking multi-story outdoor patio and grotto that can hold up to 75 guests. The Quincy House is equipped with a chef’s kitchen with ample space to prepare any meal, or host culinary events or pop-ups. There is also a photography wall, office space, and conference areas. Each has a different booking fee. Our space can accommodate a wide range of events, from pop- up culinary events to baby showers, dinner parties, workshops, photo shoots, and launch parties. The Quincy House is a cost-friendly space, perfect for events and located in a convenient and easily accessible area of DC, near NOMA and U Street Metro stations.
